At Mfantseman Tours, we value your trust and aim to provide the best travel and shopping experience possible. This Refund Policy explains our approach to cancellations, refunds, and returns for both tour bookings and product purchases.

1. Tour Bookings

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the tour will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

  • If Mfantseman Tours cancels a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

2. Product Purchases (Online Shop)

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase (mobile money, Paystack, PayPal, etc.).

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

     

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products, digital downloads, and certain handmade items are non-refundable.

  • Gift sets and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
